The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse, tampering, carelessness, use of non-original spare parts, from wear due to normal use or by external factors such as falls, poor cleaning, improper storage, excessive permanence of empty cookware pieces over the flame.
The evaluation on the nature of the defect is unquestionably entrusted to the Inoxriv S.p.A. technicians, responsible for such controls.
The repair or replacement of the products is carried out by Inoxriv S.p.A. and guaranteed only on the items recognized as defective by Inoxriv S.p.A.

Pressure Cookers
INOXRIV offers a warranty on its pressure cookers with regard to established manufacturing defects for the following durations:
• The body of the pot for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase (receipt)
• Other parts of the pot for 2 years from the date of purchase (receipt)
